Pioneer Healthcare PLLC is a New York-based telehealth practice providing convenient, compassionate, and patient-centered healthcare services. Our goal is to make accessing quality healthcare easier by allowing eligible patients to receive care from the comfort and privacy of their homes.
Our telehealth services are available to eligible patients who are physically located in New York at the time of their appointment. Certain medical concerns may require an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, or referral to another healthcare provider.
Appointments are conducted through a secure telehealth platform. After scheduling your visit, you will receive instructions explaining how to connect with your healthcare provider.
You should attend your appointment from a private location with a reliable internet connection and have your current medications, identification, insurance information, and relevant medical records available when applicable.
Pioneer Healthcare PLLC provides new patient visits, follow-up visits, non-emergency sick visits, medication management and refills when clinically appropriate, laboratory result reviews, weight management services, prior authorization assistance, eligible healthcare form completion, referrals, and care coordination.
Some services may require an established patient-provider relationship, a clinical evaluation, and appropriate medical documentation before they can be provided.
A new patient appointment may be required before medication refills, form completion, prior authorization assistance, or other services can be provided.
Prescriptions may be provided when clinically appropriate following an evaluation by the healthcare provider.
Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a specific medication or prescription will be provided. Prescribing decisions are based on your medical history, clinical findings, applicable laws and regulations, and professional medical judgment.
Medication refills may be provided when clinically appropriate. Patients may be required to provide medical records, medication bottles, pharmacy information, laboratory results, or other documentation.
Some medications may require an in-person evaluation or ongoing care with another healthcare provider and may not be appropriate for management through our telehealth practice.
Pioneer Healthcare PLLC does not guarantee prescriptions for controlled substances or any specific medication.
All prescribing decisions are based on clinical appropriateness, applicable federal and New York State laws and regulations, professional standards, and the provider’s clinical judgment.

Telehealth is not appropriate for every medical concern. If your condition requires a physical examination, diagnostic testing, imaging, emergency evaluation, or another service that cannot be safely provided through telehealth, you will be advised to seek appropriate in-person care.
Medical emergencies and certain conditions requiring immediate physical examination, diagnostic testing, imaging, or hospital-level care are not appropriate for telehealth management.
The healthcare provider will determine whether your medical concern can be safely evaluated and treated virtually.
Pioneer Healthcare PLLC does not provide emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, or believe that your health or safety is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
